One of 7 members of the Peacekeepers, Lia has the daunting responsibility to operate CBU1 which has not been used since her mother. CBU1 is the most feared of the 7. With its long tentacles stored within her arms (and practically CBU1's inner body)  Not only its ability to pirate it's victims' weapons, but also its ability to take control of their vehicle/bot.
