PS CS5 quickie.

So I just got my computer updated here at work w/CS5 and it is incredible! Here's a first quickie. Really dig the color mixer! But i did notice the pressure gets a little jumpy as you see some of the lines are insanely thick (which i did not press down that much) then goes right back to its correct pressure spot. anyone else expeiencing this on their Intuos? Anyway, there you go!

My art on an indie film, Darkening Sky!

So if any of you recall, i have contributed in a small way to this indie film called Darkening Sky. They asked me to make a mock cover of a book based on humanoid aliens and used it in a scene where the main character is doing research and looking through various literature/sketches on aliens scattered across on his table. Well, they actually showed a bit of the cover on the trailer! So stoked! But here is the art for the cover for the book they slipped on and used for the scene.

And here is a still shot from the trailer showing the cover. AND reveals the name of the "author" of the book!! it's kinda quick. But still cool!!

So I got the news that I am one of the selected for the "Project Blueprint" Series! It's like the Dunnies, but different. And whoever has the best designs, will be selected and produced on these figures! More info here.

BAKA night!

oh it was a great and fun night! Baka was the latest figure released for pre-order based on the story Popbot. and every release night, everyone gathers at the 3A forum to hang and party until the pre-order is open! oh, and i did manage to pre-order Baka! woo-hoo!
